Although Joon young's (Kim Woo bin) death was expected from the beginning of the show, fans had hoped and prayed for the writers to bring about a twist and save him.

Uncontrollably Fond memang sukses menguras air mata penontonnya sejak awal. Menjelang episode akhir diceritakan kalau No Eul (Suzy) dan Shin Jun Young (Kim Woo Bin) sama-sama menderita sakit. Alhasil penonton pun khawatir drama ersebut akan berakhir dengan tragi alias sad ending yaitu keduanya sama-sama mati karena sakit. Tapi ternyata tidak.

"Uncontrollably Fond" sums up my feelings for this drama and especially my emotions for Shin Joon Young and No Eul. Despite the frustrations, I really enjoyed seeing the characters grow. I knew there would be heartache, but the show's ending was satisfying for me.

Lee Kyung Hee writer-nim is famous for the tragic ending with her style of traditional melodrama. In 2012, she wrote The Innocent Man, starring Song Joong Ki and Moon Chae Won which tells us about the good ane evil character of human being. Although she made Song Joong Ki to suffers the tragic accident later on, but the ending is a happy one at least (for myself).
